ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist in North Charlotte, NC. The role involves supporting door unit assembly on the production line, following SOPs, and ensuring quality materials and safe operations. The position runs on 2nd shift (4:00 PM–2:15 AM, Mon–Thu) with potential overtime on Fridays.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, ability to read BOMs, measure accurately, and lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining dependable attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to read BOM, read a tape measure, and use basic math.
• Comfort working in an open facility with varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with regular attendance.

Responsabilités

• Follow SOPs to perform assigned door unit assembly tasks on the production line.
• Measure, cut, and assemble door units per SOP requirements.
• Verify materials against the bill of materials for quality compliance.
• Assemble parts into subassemblies and calibrate to meet tolerances and specs.
• Paletize, wrap, label, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
