Job summary

Spectrum is hiring for a field sales role focused on acquiring new residential customers in non-bulk MDU properties. You will sell Spectrum connectivity services using a consultative approach and aim to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors, travel within assigned territories, and have a valid driver’s license. The role offers a competitive base salary plus incentives and Spectrum services benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties (≤49 doors).
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Complete documentation for sales activities and report accurately.
• Respond to customer problems per policy and ensure satisfactory resolution.
