Mosquito Hunters & Humbug Holiday Lighting in Houston seeks a hungry, results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to expand our residential and commercial customer base. You will lead our new sales efforts with excellent communication and rapport, working independently in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a mix of salary, commissions, and performance bonuses, with potential annual earnings from $80,000 to $120,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience meeting and exceeding door-to-door sales targets.
• At least 3 years selling home services (pest control, roofing, home security, lawn care, solar, fiber internet).

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial areas to introduce company products or services.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
• Explain benefits, answer questions, and overcome objections during sales conversations.
• Secure orders and finalize sales agreements on-site.

Job Summary: We are seeking a hungry, results-driven and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to expand our residential and commercial customer base. As the founding member of our door-to-door sales team, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a team that shares your hunger and drive. This role requires excellent communication, persistence, and the ability to establish rapport quickly. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic sales environment. Compensation is a mix of salary, commission & performance bonus ~ $80,000 to $120,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Outreach:

• Visit residential and commercial areas to introduce company products or services.
• Identify potential leads and engage prospects in one-on-one interactions.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
• Explain benefits, answer questions, and overcome objections during sales conversations.
• Secure orders and finalize sales agreements on-site.

Relationship Building:

• Establish trust and long-term relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales calls, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.

Compliance & Safety:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols during door-to-door visits.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience consistently meeting and exceeding door-to-door sales targets
• At least 3 years experience working in selling home services - pest control / roofing / home security / lawn care / solar / fiber internet.
