Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic outside sales representative to drive residential services in the Dallas, TX area. This face-to-face role combines a base salary with uncapped commissions, giving you the opportunity to grow your income based on performance.

You will visit homes, explain service options, quote customers, and sign up orders while following a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. If you excel, you can exceed six figures through strong results and dedicated territory coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Enjoys outdoor, field-based sales and direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up orders.
• Represent Astound in the Dallas, TX area with professional, courteous service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through active prospecting and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
