Astound is seeking a dynamic residential outside sales representative to cover the Dallas, TX area, representing our internet services through face-to-face interactions with residents and property managers. You will build relationships, pursue leads, and close sign-ups in a field-based role.

The position offers a $34,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and a realistic potential to exceed six figures based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, outdoors field environment.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Explain service options and sign up orders.
• Attend sales meetings and report progress to management.
• Build Astound brand awareness in assigned territories.
• Protect and manage a designated sales territory.
