Astound is hiring for a dynamic direct sales role focused on residential customers in the San Antonio, TX area. You will engage face-to-face with residents, deliver service quotes, and close enrollments while representing a leading internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV provider.

The role offers a $34,000 base salary with uncapped commissions, providing strong earnings potential and a total on-target earnings of $90,000.

Qualifications

• Direct, face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
• Pursue leads daily and close new customer agreements.
• Explain service options and negotiate terms with residents and property managers.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts and service levels.
