Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential sales representative in the Dallas/Plano area. You will represent a top-tier internet provider, with a base salary of $34,000 and uncapped commissions, offering total compensation that can reach six figures based on performance.

The role is field-based around the Dallas, TX greater market, with a Tue-Sat schedule and flexibility. You’ll obtain new customers at residences, pursue leads daily, and build Astound brand awareness while earning commissions.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work outdoors in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads provided daily and build Astound brand awareness.
• Distribute marketing materials and facilitate campaigns in the field.
• Review property information and understand service needs to sign up orders.
• Report sales statistics to management and attend mandatory meetings.
