Job summary

Astound is seeking a field-based outside sales representative in the Greater Maryland area. You will build relationships with residents and property managers, presenting our internet services and closing sign-ups in a face-to-face, door-to-door environment.

The role emphasizes uncapped commissions and a strong base, with earnings potential reaching six figures for high performers. You’ll work in a dynamic outdoor setting, engaging customers, following leads, and representing a top-tier provider

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face visits with residents and property managers.
• Pursue leads provided daily with a proactive approach.
• Understand properties and service needs; present quotes and sign-up orders.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness at targets.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
