Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced field environment.
• Sales-quota driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interaction at homes, property management groups, and referrals.
• Quote service needs and sign up orders.
• Pursue leads daily and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Represent Astound and build brand awareness in assigned territories.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
• Understand property contracts and customer needs to articulate solutions.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and manage a territory with discipline.
