Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic Door-to-Door residential outside sales representative to join our San Antonio, TX market. You will start with a $34,000 base salary and directly influence earnings through uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings of $90,000.

You’ll engage residents at their homes and work face-to-face, building relationships, presenting services, and closing sign-ups in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational and presentation skills.
• Sales-quota driven with ability to work outdoors in field-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Aggressively pursue leads and report sales statistics to management.
• Understand property contracts and customer needs to articulate solutions.
