Job summary

Astound is seeking a driven Door-to-Door Outside Sales professional in Illinois. You will engage residents and property managers face-to-face, identify needs, present solutions, and sign up services while representing a top-tier internet provider.

Base salary starts at $40,000 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential. You will operate in a field-driven role with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
• 90% of work is in the field outdoors.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolio and discuss service needs.
• Distribute marketing material, facilitate campaigns, build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, restrictions and obligations.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay updated on competitors.
