Job summary

Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential outside sales professional in Illinois. You’ll start with a $40,000 base salary and have uncapped commissions and incentives to push total earnings toward six figures if you perform.

You’ll meet with residents and property managers, quote services, and sign up new customers in a dynamic, field-based role. You’ll represent a top-tier internet provider, receive comprehensive benefits, and work with a team that rewards high performance.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face residential door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolio and discuss service needs.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations and articulate solutions to customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay up to date with market competition and ensure accurate field reporting.
