Renewal by Andersen of Western WA is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in Renton, WA. You’ll engage with homeowners, spark conversations, and generate quality leads through local canvassing for Renewal by Andersen’s windows and doors.

The role offers 37–40 hours weekly, an uncapped commission structure, and a 90-day training program that can lead to a Direct Marketing Specialist role with greater earning potential and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout your territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather.
• Motivation to learn and hit targets.

Responsibilities
