Internally, this position is known as Direct Marketing and is part of our Non-Traditional Marketing team, a group focused on innovative, face-to-face ways of connecting with homeowners.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Uncapped commissions + hourly base

Set hourly rate $20

Most team members average $25- $30 an hour

Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour

Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!

Schedule

32.5 - 36 hours weekly

* Mon–Fri: 11AM – 6:00 PM
