Qualifications

• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience
• 1+ years of sales or relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication
• Familiarity with using computers, smartphones, routers and networking devices

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by door-to-door sales in MDUs with 49 or fewer doors
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services
• Handle customer issues per policy and ensure resolution
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and reports to supervisor
• Complete required sales documentation in a timely manner
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts
