Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Field Canvasser to be the first point of contact with homeowners. You will start conversations, build rapport, and schedule appointments for the sales team, with no required closing. Base pay is $20/hour plus uncapped bonuses, with training and ongoing support provided.

This role requires an energetic, reliable self-starter who can work outdoors and stand for long periods. Monday–Saturday availability is preferred in a 40-hour work week, with team meetings and ongoing skill

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Requires use of personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods to introduce our services.
• Engage homeowners, build rapport, and identify potential needs.
