Job summary

Nashville Door is seeking an Automatic Door Technician to diagnose, repair, and install commercial door systems in the field. You’ll represent the company at facilities, ensuring doors operate properly and meet code requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience with automatic and manual doors, a valid driver’s license, and AAADM certification. Overtime, weekend work, and on-call rotation are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• AAADM certification is required or pursued.
• Experience with automatic and manual doors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and install automatic doors, manual storefronts, and entrance products on-site.
• Meet with customers before and after work to review scope and recommendations.
• Complete dispatches, work orders, notes and time logs in electronic system; submit parts requests.
