Job summary

Negwer Materials Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Negwer Door Systems to lead complex door, frame and hardware projects from proposal through customer acceptance. You will direct project teams, coordinate subcontractors, review documents, and ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, blueprints reading ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication. Some travel and a flexible schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in door, frame and hardware project management.
• Some college education preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews construction documents to determine required material and checks accuracy.
• Provides quotes for doors, frames, and hardware to contractors and customers.
• Creates submittals summarizing materials and sends for review.
• Sets up materials in ordering system and tracks delivery dates.
• Coordinates material deliveries with site contacts per project schedule.
• Maintains relationships with contractors to ensure timely arrival of materials.
• Troubleshoots errors in applications, plans, or materials and changes as needed.
• Promotes process improvements in quoting, detailing, and project management.
• Interacts with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and other departments as needed.
• Travel may be required.
