Job summary

Negwer Materials Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Negwer Door Systems to oversee complex doors, frames, and hardware projects from proposal to customer acceptance.

You will lead planning, estimating, design, delivery, turnover, and warranty activities, coordinating with multiple teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in frame, door and hardware project management, or related field.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Comfortable with learning and using new technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Reviews construction documents to determine required material and accuracy of material.
• Provides quotes for doors, frames, and hardware to contractors and customers.
• Creates submittals summarizing materials to be used and sends for review.
• Sets up materials in ordering system and manages delivery dates.
• Coordinates material delivery with site contacts according to project schedule.
• Maintains relationships with contractors to ensure timely arrival of materials.
• Troubleshoots errors such as installation issues or changes in construction plans.
• Provides input for process improvements in quoting, detailing, and managing projects.
• Interacts with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing and other departments.
• May require flexible/non-traditional schedule and some travel.
• Performs other necessary functions as assigned
