Job summary

Nice Life is hiring Door Staff to be the first point of contact for guests entering the venue. We expect exceptional, friendly service, a strong work ethic, and teamwork.

This role offers part-time and full-time shifts with opportunities to earn great money while having fun and being part of an awesome team. As a Door Staff member you will greet guests, check IDs, help manage lines, enforce safety rules, and assist with private events.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a friendly way and verify IDs at entry.
• Maintain lines and crowd control.
• Enforce venue rules to keep guests safe and having fun.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by city/state.

Nice Life is now hiring Door Staff. The Door Staff is the first point of contact our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional, friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

Nice Life celebrates the vibrant energy of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s with live music, karaoke, DJs, and a colorful dance floor lit by dazzling lights and a shimmering gold disco ball. What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
