Job summary

Easy Bar in Chicago is hiring Door Staff to welcome guests and manage entry with a strong, positive attitude. Starting at $20/hour, roles include part-time and full-time positions with benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, enforcing rules, crowd control, cleanliness, and assisting with private parties. Must be 21+, with a high school diploma or equivalent and a hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs at entry.
• Maintain lines and crowd control to ensure smooth entry.
• Enforce location rules to keep the bar fun and safe.
• Clean and remove trash throughout bar, patios, and restrooms.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to work varied hours/days.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
