Job summary

Easy Bar is now hiring a Cocktail Server to enhance guest experiences in a fun atmosphere. As a cocktail server, you will ensure guests are well taken care of and informed of daily specials and events.

The role requires strong communication skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Weekend availability is a must. Full-time employees may qualify for insurance and retirement savings plans.

Job description

Easy Bar is now hiring a Cocktail Server. As a cocktail server, you will ensure guests have a great experience by creating a fun environment and remaining in constant awareness of the guest’s needs. You must maintain thorough knowledge of bar products, service standards, and daily specials, events and parties, and be able to prioritize service and execute accordingly.

* $12.96/hr + tips *

Experience in bars/restaurants, the hospitality industry, or customer service is preferred. Weekend, weekend late night and evening availability is a must. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

• Maintain knowledge on beverages, service changes, daily specials, events and parties that is shared through pre-shift touch points and manager emails

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Previous server or other bar/restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
