Job summary

Beeline Deerfield, part of Four Entertainment Group, is hiring Door Staff for a new Mason, OH location opening Summer 2026. You will greet guests, check IDs, manage lines, and enforce rules to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.

Both part-time and full-time roles with competitive pay and team events are available. We seek friendly communicators who thrive in fast-paced hospitality, with reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check IDs at entry.
• Manage lines and crowd flow.
• Enforce venue rules and eject disruptive guests when needed.
• Clean and assist with entry-wide tasks as required.
• Support private events with setup and teardown as needed.

Beeline Deerfield is now hiring Door Staff. The Door Staff is the first point of contact our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional, friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment


• Maintain lines and crowd control


• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed


• Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios and restrooms


• Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars


• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred


• Must be at least 21 years of age


• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff


• Work well under pressure


• Ability to stand for long periods of time


• Be a good teammate


• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable


• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state


• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates


• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
