Job summary

Harwood-International seeks a vigilant security professional to greet guests, verify IDs, and maintain safety in upscale restaurant and nightlife venues in Dallas. You will monitor entry, enforce policies, and coordinate with management for incident handling.

The role requires strong communication, calm problem-solving, and the ability to stand for long periods, including evenings and weekends. Texas license and background clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level II Non-Commissioned Security License (Texas) required and in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, nightlife, or related customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Experience in de-escalation and conflict resolution preferred.
• Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass background screening consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities
