As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for upscale events and lounges located in Downtown Dallas, TX. You will be working with high‑end clients, so it is essential that you maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Control access to event venues and lounges by checking IDs, tickets, and guest lists
• Monitor the premises to ensure safety and security of all guests, staff, and property
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations such as fights, medical emergencies, and fire alarms
• Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches to the appropriate authorities
• Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing a black suit at all times
• Follow all security protocols and procedures established by the company
• Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a cohesive and effective team
