Job summary

The h.wood Group is seeking a professional Security personnel for our Dallas venue to ensure safety and smooth operations. You will check IDs, assist guests, and manage crowd flow with a friendly, non-confrontational approach.

Requirements include 2-3 years in a nightclub environment, a valid Texas Level II Security Officer license, strong communication skills, and physical fitness to stand for extended periods. Dental and Vision insurance offered after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in nightclub environment.
• Valid Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer License (Texas) required.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline and control the environment.
• Ability to handle conflict, and make quick & sound decisions.
• Must be physically fit & able to stand for long periods (5-7 hours).
• Self-defense training a plus.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Security personnel ensure that the venue maintains legal compliance by checking IDs. They must be friendly and welcoming to the patrons entering and exiting the club. They will be responsible for giving visitors general information about the club, checking tickets, and administering crowd control before, during, & after service. This position is responsible for diffusing any guest situations, should they arise, using non-aggressive tactics.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
