Job summary

Med-National Staffing Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for 1st shift in Denver, CO. The role is a long-term contract with a pay rate of $20.96/hour and a 1st shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM start; typically finishes 2:30–4:30 PM).

The position involves operating door production machinery, assembling parts on a line, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Prior manufacturing or woodworking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinets, or similar products, is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Experience using tape measures and other basic hand-held measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate small and large production machinery used in the manufacturing of doors.
• Assemble doors on a production line while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Machine doors for hardware installation using production equipment.
• Prepare and handle materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
