Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a Production Assembler in Post Paint to assemble custom door units, including doubles and patios, with transoms and hardware. Requires finish carpentry experience and the ability to read technical drawings. 1st shift, Monday–Friday with mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have finish carpentry and woodworking experience.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to use specialized carpentry tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semi-custom single door units from kit frame parts and prepped doors.
• Prep material for assembly using exact measurements.
• Operate saws to cut material.
• Read work orders to ensure assembly accuracy.
• Use power tools for door prep and hardware installation.
• Apply hardware such as hinges, multi-point locks, and panic hardware.
