Job summary

Eliason Corporation is seeking a Production Assembler to perform assembly of commercial door frames and related products. Under supervision, you will follow SOPs, use hand and power tools, and ensure production schedules are met with quality and safety.

You will inspect quality throughout build, report defects, maintain clean work area, and participate in training. Candidates should have basic mechanical aptitude, be able to read measurements, and commit to attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power/hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure).
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble commercial door frames and related products using hand and power tools.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the build or packaging process.
• Identify material defects or incorrect conditions and report them to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that supports production flow.
• Follow SOPs, production schedules, safety protocols, 5S principles, and Standard Work Instructions.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies as needed.
