AtWork Group is hiring a door builder in Raleigh, NC to produce premium custom wood doors. You will join a hands-on team with production-driven goals and room for growth, contributing to a high-quality finished product.

The role is full-time, on-site, with weekly pay. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience and safety requirements. Benefits include medical and dental insurance.

Formación

• Experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction, assembly or manufacturing.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable with a good work ethic.
• Must wear PPE at all times and have steel toe boots.
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Build custom wood doors to spec and schedule.

NOW HIRING - DOOR BUILDER / CARPENTRY ASSOCIATES Raleigh, NC | Full-Time | $18.00 - $20/hr

Join a team that' s been building premium custom wood doors for over 40 years. We' re looking for skilled, hands-on people with carpentry, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience who take pride in building something real and seeing the finished product leave the shop.

PAY & SCHEDULE

Starting Pay:$18.00 - $20/hr entry level - Higher starting pay based on experience

Weekly Pay Monday-Friday 7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM

Full-Time Hours Overtime Available When Needed

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Building custom wood doors
• Using power tools including nail guns, drills, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures
• Reading and following production instructions
• Maintaining quality and attention to detail throughout the build process
• Working safely and following all company safety requirements
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Working with team members to meet daily production goals

WHAT WE' RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous carpentry, woodworking, construction, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable and dependable with a good work ethic
• Must wear required PPE at all times
• Must have steel toe boots
• Ability to work safely in a production environment
