AtWork Group is hiring a door builder in Raleigh, NC to produce premium custom wood doors. You will join a hands-on team with production-driven goals and room for growth, contributing to a high-quality finished product.

The role is full-time, on-site, with weekly pay. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience and safety requirements. Benefits include medical and dental insurance.

Formación

• Experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction, assembly or manufacturing.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable with a good work ethic.
• Must wear PPE at all times and have steel toe boots.
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Build custom wood doors to spec and schedule.
• Operate power tools including nail guns, drills, and saws.
• Read and follow production instructions accurately.
• Maintain quality and attention to detail throughout build.
• Work safely and follow company safety requirements.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
