Job summary

DSA Doors in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our production team building custom wood doors. The schedule runs Monday–Friday 7:00AM–3:30PM with overtime as needed, and we offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Ideal candidates have experience with curved wood joinery and hand tools, with the ability to measure precisely and lift up to 70 lbs. Training is provided in a fast-growing manufacturing environment in Raleigh near the RDU airport.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency with curved wood and joinery.
• Experience measuring lengths and using power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and smooth wooden parts.
• Build wood doors with hand tools.
• Read tape measurements.
• Operate and tend drill presses, lathes, routers, sanders, etc.
• Set up and use woodworking machines.
