Summary

This role involves opening the door for all people entering or exiting the building, participating in remote usage, assisting residents with packages, and greeting residents and their guests. Responsibilities include gathering guest information, ensuring sign-in, answering questions, promoting a positive environment, handling phone inquiries, monitoring emergency systems, and responding to alarms. The position also involves conducting rounds, monitoring security cameras, documenting incidents, and performing other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• AED, CPR, and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
• Six months of related experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge

Pay range: $13.75 - $19.13 per hour
