Badger is seeking a manufacturing associate to support door production, quality inspections, and packaging. The role involves organizing materials, operating basic door-hanging equipment, and coordinating with receiving and finishing departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check incoming and outgoing product for quality.
• Pull material to prepare for shipment.
• Visually check species and style of product.
• Visually check for defects.
• Machine/prep doors for building.
• Proper use of machinery in department (forklifts, saws, wrapping devices).
• Hinge jambs, Hang door, Apply brick mold and cladding.
• Assist packaging.
• Operate Kval and FullHouse door hanging station.
