Job summary

84 Lumber is hiring a full-time Door Shop Manufacturer in Wisconsin to join our production team. You will operate a pre-hanging door assembly line, maintain line equipment, and help with loading, unloading, and packaging production materials.

Responsibilities include using power saws, air nail guns, and staplers, ensuring quality and safety, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Forklift training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a machine operator, utilizing power saws, air nail guns, staplers and other tools needed to prep wood material used to assemble doors.
• Forklift training, certification, and operation.
• Loading, unloading, storing and packaging production material from the warehouse as needed.
• Monitoring quality assurance throughout the production process.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and observing all safety rules posted in the warehouse.
