FlyLock Security Solutions, based in Greater PA & NJ, seeks a Physical Security Specialist. You will join a fast-paced team to install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware and access control systems.

The ideal candidate has locksmithing knowledge, a technical mindset, and the ability to learn new techniques. Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Technical hands-on field experience in locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and skilled trades.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a diverse population including customers and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions at the same time.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to drive in compliance with company vehicle policy.
• Provide timely and accurate customer service.
• Respond to general inquiries from customers/clients.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Install, repair, and maintain access control hardware.
• Safe and Card Access experience is a huge plus.
• Full Frame/Door replacement experience is a huge plus.
• Interpret a variety of instructions in written, diagram, or schedule form.
• Troubleshoot with a variety of variables in different situations.
• Present information to office and customers.

Physical Security Specialist

Reports To: General Manager or Owner

Key Areas of Responsibility

The Door/Locksmith Technician position is an integral part of DiMarco Security dba FlyLock Security Solutions of Greater PA & NJ and is key to the growth of the company. All technicians must have the ability to work well in a high-paced working environment. The individual must work well as part of the team and independently from the FlyLock owner. The position is a hands-on technical position geared toward an individual who has a technical mindset. Ideal candidates will have locksmithing knowledge and demonstrate the ability to learn new technical methods and techniques.

The responsibilities of a FlyLock Security Solutions Specialist consist of the following

• Ability to install, repair, and maintain Commercial and Residential hardware.
• Ability to install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware
• Safe and Card Access experience is a Huge Plus
• Full Frame/Door Replacement experience is a Huge Plus
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to troubleshoot with a variety of variables in situations.
• Ability to effectively present information to office & customers.

Operations Support

• Receive verbal instructions from Management or Clients/Customers.
• Perform small projects as directed by Management.
• Complete and submit electronic paperwork accurately and on time.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work above ground.
