The position requires weekend availability (Sun, Thu, Fri 3:30 PM–11:00 PM) and adherence to GMP/PPE. Prior commercial food production experience is preferred, with proficiency in mixers and high-volume production techniques. Physical stamina is essential for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in taste and appearance.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
• Previous commercial food production experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with commercial mixers, ovens, and high-volume production techniques preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical activities (lifting up to 50 lbs).
