Job summary

PBS North Carolina is seeking a Member & Viewer Services Associate to act as a customer-focused liaison with donors and supporters across North Carolina. The role involves responding via phone, email, and mail, researching and applying PBS NC procedures, and improving donor relationships to support annual fundraising goals.

The position operates on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite at the Bryan Center (PBSNC) in Research Triangle Park, NC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related office experience, or equivalent.
• Prior database experience interfacing with donors or customers.
• Customer service skills with returning supporters.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors and supporters through phone, email, and mail.
• Serve as primary liaison with the viewing and supporting community in North Carolina.
