Job summary

PBS North Carolina is seeking two temporary Member & Viewer Services Associates to act as a frontline liaison with viewers and supporters across North Carolina. The role involves responding to inquiries by phone, email, and mail, processing gifts, benefits information, and maintaining donor data within our fundraising systems.

This position is hybrid—three days on site at Bryan Center, PBS NC, in Research Triangle Park, NC, with UNC System employees generally residing in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of related office experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid PBS NC environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with viewers and supporters via phone, email, and mail.
• Assist with donor gifts, benefits information, and donor database tasks.
• Provide courteous, knowledge-based service to supporters while adhering to procedures.
