• Knowledge of AABB, FDA, OSHA regulations; GMP; LIS/BECS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and workflow across all shifts.
• Supervise Donor Testing staff; manage payroll, scheduling and supplies.
• Maintain records of tests and ensure timely reporting of results.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement new donor testing procedures and equipment.
