Job summary

Auburn University is seeking a Stewardship Specialist (Agreements) to join Auburn Advancement. This role coordinates gift agreement routing and prepares documents reflecting donor intent and campus policies, while strengthening donor relationships through recognition and stewardship initiatives.

You will organize data for stewardship projects, maintain timelines, and collaborate with campus partners to obtain information for gift agreements and fund compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of donor relations, data collection, reporting or donor recognition experience for Specialist I.
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of donor relations, data collection, reporting or donor recognition experience for Specialist II.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates activities associated with the gift agreement routing process for Auburn Advancement, assisting staff to prepare agreements reflecting donor intent and Auburn policies.
  • Assists donor relations activities to support engagement, recognition and stewardship of individuals, corporations, foundations, and other constituents.
  • Compiles, analyzes, and organizes data to support stewardship projects, donor engagement, and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintains project schedules, task lists, and tracking systems to ensure timely completion of agreement activities.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to obtain information needed for gift agreements and fund compliance; participates in training and annual process reviews.
  • Maintains stewardship records across CRM and designated systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
