Job summary

ISHE is seeking a development professional to support donor cultivation, stewardship and fundraising efforts. You will manage communications, prepare gift acknowledgments, coordinate logistics for events and maintain donor records.

You will analyze giving patterns to boost donor retention, assist with reports, and develop cultivation materials. Collaboration across departments and timely project updates are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 2+ years of fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to write professional correspondence.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent donor service.
• Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor stewardship process including acknowledgement letters, thank you cards, donor appreciation gifts, and other communications via phone and email.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Provide administrative support for events, auctions, partner activations, and general donations.
• Maintain donor database, including updating donor records, data entry, and pulling reports.
• Process incoming gifts and ensure that gifts are accurately recorded and thanked.
• Analyze donor giving patterns to increase donor retention, contributions, and engagement.
• Assist in developing materials used for cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation.
• Collaborate across LPGA departments to help contribute to the success of Foundation programs.
• Be knowledgeable and continually update colleagues on all ongoing projects.
• Handle other special projects as assigned.
