Responsibilities

• Administers the donor acknowledgment process and ensures timely, personalized messages.
• Leads stewardship strategies for leadership donors and coordinates recognition and impact reporting.
• Advises on annual stewardship priorities and guides special projects and initiatives.
• Plans and executes university-wide stewardship events and campaigns.
• Deploys donor communications on special days and maintains donor records.
• Keeps donor databases updated with activity and biographical information.
