Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and demonstrated project management experience; donor relations background preferred.
• Experience in journalism, communications, writing, or copyediting.
• Two to five years' experience in related fields.
• Ability to perform the job with education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stewardship pieces for reporting to donors and supporters at scale.
• Lead project development and coordinate content, design, printing, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal departments on stewardship materials.
• Ensure donor records reflect receipt of stewardship communications.
• Maintain digital library and inventory of printed materials.
• Coordinate brochures and promotional literature as requested.
