Mount Holyoke College seeks a strategic Director of Stewardship & Donor Engagement to design, implement, and lead a comprehensive donor relations program. The role advances interaction, recognition, and engagement with donors at all levels and develops multi-year plans for advancing institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct and varied areas of stewardship, development or alumni relations.
• Experience working with volunteers and donors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Power Point, Microsoft 365, and advanced Excel), Adobe Acrobat, Datatel.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate the donor relations/stewardship program quality and impact across gifts, recognition, events and compliance.
• Collaborate with campus departments to set stewardship standards and foster philanthropy culture.
• Identify top stewardship prospects with leadership gift officers.
• Support design and execution of annual and multi-year stewardship plans for donors and top prospects.
• Manage staff activities including reporting of restricted funds, gifts, scholarships and dedications.
