Job summary

The Buffalo Bill Center of the West seeks a Manager, Development Communications and Stewardship to direct donor communications and stewardship. You will craft engaging letters, reports, and magazine content, coordinating with the philanthropy leadership and development team on personalized stewardship plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in communications, marketing, or development.
• Experience with a CRM/database and WordPress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Development Department communications to donors and members.
• Create original content for acknowledgment letters, appeals, and publications.
• Maintain donor records and ensure data integrity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Graphics and PR/Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Maintain an annual calendar for planned communications and stewardship efforts.
• Support Points West magazine and Center communications, including WordPress site updates.
