Job summary

Voice of Witness seeks a full-time Individual Giving Manager to join its small development team in San Francisco. You will lead bi-annual donor campaigns, steward relationships, and help grow the donor portfolio in service of human rights storytelling.

Reporting to the development director and collaborating with the executive director, you will implement fundraising strategies, manage donor communications, and work toward ambitious fundraising goals with integrity and ethics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of individual giving fundraising experience.
• Ability to lead bi-annual fundraising campaigns.
• Strong donor stewardship and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
