Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a donor center associate in McAllen, TX. You will greet donors, verify their suitability and assist with registration and screening procedures per SOPs. After training, you may educate donors on the donation process, health tests, and center policies, and help register donors as needed.

You will perform health screenings (BP, pulse, temperature) and finger-stick sampling, maintain accurate donor records, and protect confidentiality in a busy center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of a few months in clerical or customer service role, preferably in health care.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening procedures and health history questions per SOPs.
• Perform health screening tasks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick sample collection.
• Educate donors on processes and policies after training; answer donor questions.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic system and ensure confidentiality.
