Job summary

CSL Plasma seeks an onsite Guest Services/Donor Center Associate to greet donors, guide them through registration and screening, and support the pheresis process. You will perform health checks and maintain donor data with strict confidentiality.

Role requires minimum 3 months in clerical or customer service work, high school diploma, and basic math skills. Training may cover center policies and safety protocols; bilingual skills may be needed depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist in registration and screening procedures per SOPs.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Maintain accurate donor data in electronic system and ensure privacy.
• Answer calls and coordinate with staff as needed.
