Job summary

WETA, based in Arlington, VA, seeks a Major and Planned Giving Department Coordinator to provide frontline donor service for Leadership Circle donors ($1200+ annual giving). You will engage donors via phone and email, maintain donor records, and support gift processing while upholding WETA’s mission in public media.

The role requires a customer-centric approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite at least two days a week with hybrid work for remaining days.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with donors.
• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to Leadership Circle Hotline calls and messages.
• Serve as first contact for donor emails and inquiries via [e-mail].
• Record donor interactions in the donor database and ensure data hygiene.
• Update donor account information and recognize donors accurately.
• Assist with day-to-day donor services and related projects as assigned.
